cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a class registration must be made with at least 12 hours’ notice. Once it is after 12 hours, a client will receive a one-time warning which we will waive the fee for one time and will be notated on their account. After this time, any other late cancels after the 12-hour notice of a class will result in the client being responsible for the late cancel fee of $5.00 and shall not be eligible for a refund or credit barring extenuating circumstances.

No-Shows of a class, a client will receive a one-time warning which we will waive the fee for one time and will be notated on their account. After this time, any other no-shows of a class will result in the client being responsible for the no- show fee of $20.00 and shall not be eligible for a refund or credit barring extenuating circumstances.
